This app works in with conjunction with the Woluxi library to decode message out of a blinking LED. The Woluxi library can be obtained at www.woluxi.com. The Woluxi library sends out data using the LED on the device. The library and the app follow a predefined protocol and hence the app can decode the messages.
You can test this app with a simulated device at http://www.woluxi.com/xmit.html where you can try the different modes of data transfer.
